Rahsad Evans injured his hands in his fight with Tito Ortiz @UFC 133. He had the surgery, removed the pins.
Unfortunately the rehab time isn't enough for him to prepare for the the title fight on Dec 10th. So UFC replaced him with Lyoto Machida. Both sides aggreed and its now official.
