Rich Franklin possibly back late summer 2012
Former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin's manager JT Stewart announced that the shoulder surgery was a huge success and a full recovery is expected. He said “I spoke with Rich, he’s feeling great and as soon as the doctor gives him the go-ahead, he’s ready to start training again. If everything goes as expected, UFC fans could see Rich Franklin back in the Octagon in late summer.”
Rich Franklin injured shoulder, will be undergoing surgery.
Former UFC middleweight champion Rich Franklin injured his shoulder 10 days ago. He suffered torn labrum, will be undergoing a minor surgery next tuesday. His full recovery is expected to cost him 2-3 months.
After his loss to Forest Griffin which went to decision, he was expected to fight Noguiera @ UFC 133, unfortunately Noguiera was injured resulting pulling out of the bout from card.
In my opinion he should be back to gym in 4 months, and we may be seeing him in 2012.
