Former UFC middleweight champion Rich Franklin injured his shoulder 10 days ago. He suffered torn labrum, will be undergoing a minor surgery next tuesday. His full recovery is expected to cost him 2-3 months.
After his loss to Forest Griffin which went to decision, he was expected to fight Noguiera @ UFC 133, unfortunately Noguiera was injured resulting pulling out of the bout from card.
In my opinion he should be back to gym in 4 months, and we may be seeing him in 2012.
